The I.A. is filed seeking modification of order dated 5th September, 2022.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for modification is allowed.

In para-2 of the order dated 5th September, 2022, 'Special Judge, Vigilance, Angul' be corrected as 'Special Judge, Cuttack' and in para-6 of the said order, 'Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack' be corrected as 'Special Judge Vigilance, Angul. Further, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below on or before 10th October, 2022. Accordingly, it is ordered. 2.

I.A. stands disposed of.
