This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Directing the opposite party No.3 to release financial benefits i.e. Periodical increments w.e.f. 2017 onwards and arrear salary for the month of December, 2018 and January, 2019 within a reasonable period. (ii) Direct the opp.party No.3 to extend the benefits of revision of pay in accordance with the provisions made under ORSP Rules, 2017".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 27.05.2019 under Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to

// 2 // opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
