Heard Mr. M. Kanungo, learned Senior Counsel appearing along with Mr. S. Das, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State Opposite Parties.

Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State Opposite Parties in compliance of the Order dated 29.07.2022 produced the letter dated 13.06.2022, wherein it is stated that the Government has approved the rescission proposal for the work "Widening and Strengthening of Raruan-Phagu via Ghagarbeda road from 0/000 km to 25/000 km in the District of Mayurbhanj under CRP".

Mr. M. Kanungo, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that since the Government has approved the rescission of Contract for the aforesaid work,

the Petitioner may be permitted to challenge the same, as he has not been communicated the same earlier, to which learned Additional Government Advocate for the State Opposite Parties has no objection. The letter so filed in Court today be kept on record.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner as aforesaid. Let a copy of the letter dated 13.06.2022 be supplied to the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
