Ms. Saswata Patnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate has produced the report that she has received from the I.I.C., Olatpur P.S., Cuttack.

From the said report, it surfaces that the victim minor girl has been rescued on 08/09.09.2022 from village Bengda under Belda P.S., West Medinipur, West Bengal. Her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded. She has been sent to a short stay home for care. The Petitioner may approach the appropriate authority for taking her home. 5.
