The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Bhardwaj, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 4.

It is submitted that the Petitioner could only be released on bail on 25th May 2022 due to some financial issues. Accordingly, it is prayed to extend his date of surrender.

Considering the submissions made, the period of surrender is extended till 25th August 2023. The order dated 27th October 2022 and 10th March 2023 are modified to said extent.

It is made clear that the Petitioner shall surrender on or before 25th August 2023, failing which learned court below shall take all Signed by: SANGRAM DAS Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa, Cuttack Date: 06-Jul-2023 16:30:47 appropriate steps including issuance of NBW of Arrest to apprehend the Petitioner.
