1. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. indicates that she has left her house on her own will, which is not objected by learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. The said statement is taken on record.
2. In that view of the matter, Khurda Sadar P.S. Case No.124 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1135 of 2014 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Khurda and all proceedings consequential thereto are hereby quashed.
3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
