Heard Mr. R. K. Rout, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application for bail so far as Petitioner No.1- Hemanta Nath is concerned.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL so far as Petitioner No. 1Hemanta Nath is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
So far as Petitioner Nos.2- Jhili Nath and 3- Sibuna Nath are concerned, taking into account accusation and the role
ascribed to the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 and taking cognizance of the fact that petitioner no.2 is a lady and petitioner no.3 is of young impression privilege, this Court is inclined to direct that, in the event of arrest, in connection with 1.C.C.Case No. 213 of 2020, pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, they shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin of the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 6.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
