This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On the basis of oral prayer, learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to make necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application in court today, so far as the C.T. Case number is concerned.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 04.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9162 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnish the money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
