2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "direct to declare the selection of Opp.

Party No.7 made by the Opp. Parties for the post of Secretary, (Grade-1) at Deuli Service Cooperative Society Ltd. in pursuant to the Advertisement No.02/2021-2022 dated 24.9.2021 as completely illegal and unsustainable in the eye of law as deemed just and proper.

And further rdirect to the opp. party No.2 to 5 to make an enquiry over the matter and after making enquiry kindly direct to Opp. Party No.2 to 5 to cancel the appointment of Opp. party No.7 for the post of Secretary at Deuli Service Cooperative Society Ltd.

And further direct the opp. parties after making proper enquiry give fresh appointment to the petitioner for the post of Secretary at Deuli Service Cooperative Society Ltd., in pursuant to the Advertisement No.02/2021-2022 dated 24.9.2021."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in

// 2 // the representation under Annexure-11 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, taking into account Annexure-11 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
