Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Order No.

This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "The petitioner therefore prays that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ application and issue a Rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to file their show cause as to why this Writ application shall not be allowed and after hearing counsel from both sides, this Hon'ble Court kindly issue a writ in the nature of a writ of "Mandamus" directing the opp. Parties especially the Opp. Party No.2 and 6 i.e. the Collector, Balasore and Tahasildar, Baliapal respectively to settle and issue "Record Of Rights" (R.O.R) in favour of the petitioner with regard to the Bhooodan Gifted land vide Annexure-1 of the writ application as per order dated 13.05.2005 vide Annexure-2 and order dated 05.06.2017 vide Annexure-3 of the Writ application within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court for the ends of Justice and equity; And/or pass any other order/ orders, direction/ directions may be issued as to give complete relief to the petitioner;" 3.

The representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 is directed to be considered by the Tahasildar, Baliapal, Balasore also keeping in view the development through

// 2 // Annexure-1 and subsequent order at Annexure-2, by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.
