This Court finds it unfortunate to note that the proceeding, vide R.P. Case No.518 of 2008 under Section 15(b) of the OSS Act was initiated in 2008 and registered also in 2008 and is still pending, as claimed. Taking serious view of such pendency, this Court disposes of the matter directing the Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement, O.P.2 to find disposal of such proceeding at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order but however involving the private parties likely to be affected.
