1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the inaction of the Opposite Parties in considering the representation dated 16.06.2022 of the petitioner with regard to payment of arrear salary for the months January, 2022 to March, 2022

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given a representation dated 16.06.2022 to the Opposite Party No.5/Block Education Officer, Ganjam and the said representation is still pending before the authority without disposal.

In view of pendency of such representation, the Opposite Party No.2 / Opposite Party No.5/Block Education Officer, Ganjam is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order and communicate to the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of production/presentation of certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
