This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in G.R. Case No.537 of 2022 corresponding to CID C.B Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.06 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C. (City), Cuttack, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120-B/34 of IPC read with Section 66(C)/66(D) of I.T. Act.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (vig.), Cuttack, by order dated 13.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking into account the release of the co-accused by order passed by this Court in order dated 29.07.2022 in BLAPL No.5755 of 2022, in order dated 29.07.2022 in BLAPL No.5636 2022 and in

order dated 13.07.2022 in BLAPL No.5773 of 2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
