Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 27.10.2022.

Taking into account that on the basis of order dated 27.10.2022, the prayer for modification being sought in this I.A., has already been taken into consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this I.A. 5.

It shall be open for the petitioner to move for bail afresh, which shall be considered on its own merits.

Accordingly, this I.A. stands rejected.
