This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 22.09.2022.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners the condition "verification of criminal antecedents" as has been reflected in Paragraph-4 is deleted. Further release of the Petitioner shall be subject to the Petitioner furnishing cash security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand). Further release of the Petitioner shall also be subject to verification of injury. In the event it is found that the injury is grievous in nature, this order shall not be given effect to.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 22.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of

// 2 // the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 6.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
