Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.

This is an application at the instance of the respondent seeking a direction for early disposal of Mutation Appeal No.13 of 2021 pending in the file of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Keonjhar-opposite party no.1. 3.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court directs the Appellate Authority, in the event appearance is complete, to undertake the exercise of disposal of the appeal at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
