1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.
3. Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the records.
4. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to allow her to continue and complete the M.B.B.S. course for the academic session 2010-11, as she has successfully completed all the semester examinations.
5. Since the aforesaid period has already been over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
6. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
