Heard Mr. S. Dash, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the notice for eviction under Annexure-1.

Mr. Dash, learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that though the Petitioner had preferred an appeal bearing OPLE Appeal 82 of 2021 against the order of eviction, and the same has been disposed of, but because of non-supply of the copy of the order, the Petitioner is not able to challenge the same in revision before the appropriate forum.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that if the Petitioner has applied for supply of the Certified Copy of the order, the same shall be provided to him so that he can avail the remedy in accordance with law.

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and after going through the record, this Court is of the opinion that once the Petitioner has applied for supply of the Certified Copy of the Order passed in the

appeal preferred by him under Section 12 (1) of the OPLE Act, the Petitioner is entitled for the same, so that he can approach the remedy available to him under Section 12 (2) of the OPLE Act. 7.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
