This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioners for anticipatory bail.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. case No.616 of 2022 arising out of Bandhamunda P.S. Case No.127 of 2022 on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Rourkela for commission of offences punishable under Sections 417/471/467/468/465/420/506/34 of I.P.C.

Considering the submissions of the parties and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
