Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) This Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue a writ/ writs in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the Orders dtd.
10.06.2022 & 17.06.2022 under Annexures-7 & 8 respectively after declaring those are illegal".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of 10(Ten) days hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of
// 2 // one month. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
