Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order of dismissal, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, as has been objected by the opposite parties. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Needless to say, since the petitioner is enjoying some protection, the appropriate forum shall consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. Ashok (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
