This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State.

The petitioner is an accused in Badagad P.S. Case No.193 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.3454 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar under Sections 147/148/452/341/323/324/326/307/506/149 of IPC read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Khurda, by order dated 22.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of the instruction submits that the injuries suffered by the victim are grievous and the petitioner has criminal antecedents. Since the investigation is going
on, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application. It shall be open for the petitioner to move this Court after filing of charge-sheet.

Accordingly the BLAPL stands rejected.
