This writ petition involves a challenge to the ex parte notice of Order No.

eviction vide Annexure-3(series). From Annexure-4(series) it appears, the Petitioner has already submitted a protest to such notice of eviction. 2.

Recording the submission of Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner that there has been no outcome on such objection and the Petitioner is still in possession of the disputed property, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the objection of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4(series) as against the notice under Annexure-3(series) and take a lawful decision on the notice of eviction after providing opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months form the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the Opposite Party No.2 with a certified copy of this order within a period of seven working days hence.

It is further directed that till a further decision is taken by the competent authority there shall be status quo in respect of the disputed property in question.
