Mr. S. N. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of Order No.
applicant, who was opposite party no.2 in the writ petition. He submits, the application is for modification of order dated 29th August, 2022, by which above review and the writ petition were disposed of. He prays for modification of extension of time. 2.
Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of writ petitioner while Mr. S. R. Mishra, learned advocate appears on
// 2 // behalf of the bank. He submits, his client too has made application.

Paragrah-6 from order dated 29th August, 2022 is reproduced below.
"In event interim order from Civil Court is not obtained within four weeks from date, the bank will cause transfer of the money held in the joint account to the savings account of petitioner".
On query from Court Mr. S. N. Mishra submits, next date fixed in the suit Court is 3rd November, 2022.

Time mentioned in paragraph-6 of order dated 29th August, 2022 is extended till 30th November, 2022. 5.
Both the applications are disposed of.
