2. In that view of the matter, the G.R. Case No.108 of 2012, arising out of Jagatsinghpur P. S. Case No.20 of 2012 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur and all proceedings consequent thereupon including the order dated 9th July, 2012 taking cognizance are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
