This writ petition involves the following prayer: "Under these circumstances the petitioner prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition, issue Rule NISI, calling upon the opposite party no.3 to show cause as to why there has been a delay of 12 years in disposing of the applications made by the petitioner vide Annexure-2 and 3 and that the opposite party no.3 shall not be directed to consider the representation vide Annexure-7 and after hearing, the said Rule may be made absolute by issuing the writ of mandamus against the opp. party no.3 and thereby directing him to consider the representation vide Annexure-7 within a stipulated period and complete the sale of schedule property in favour of the petitioner within the said period.

And further pleased to pass any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions as would be deemed fit and proper to grant justice to the petitioners and to allow the writ application with cost though out; And for which act of kindness the petitioners as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Considering this to be a innocuous prayer, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the Chief Administrator, Sri Jagannath Temple Administration-opposite party no.3 to look into the request of the petitioner vide Anenxure-7 and take decision, as appropriate, also keeping in view the pleadings made in the writ petition as well as from the documents appended therein by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of
