This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for the following relief:

"Under the above facts, circumstances and contentions, it is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, after hearing the Petitioner, issuance of Writ of Mandamus to the Opposite Party No.2 to kindly consider the Petitioner's representation pending before him for cancellation of the gift deed as the same was executed by the Opposite Party No.3 & 4 on 16th April, 2022 after receipt of notice no. Consolidation Revision Case No.24 & 25 of 2022 on 10th February, 2022, as well as the disputed lands are in possession with dwelling unit, which includes house, well and borewell on the same and expeditiously take a considered and informed decision as per law after affording opportunity to both the Parties as well as taking into consideration the report of the Revenue Inspector, Sukha.

And / or pass any other order/ orders, direction / directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the ends of justice and equity.

And for this act of kindness the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the record, it appears that the Petitioner essentially seeks for a direction to the Tahasildar-cum-Sub-Registrar, Rampur-Opposite Party No.2 to consider his representation and cancel the gift deed in question. Hence, the prayer made in the writ petition is totally misconceived.
