Heard Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order dated 21.07.2017 passed in O.A. No.1938 (C) of 2017, by which the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, while disposing of the said O.A., directed the Opposite Party No.1 to treat the paper book as representation and pass appropriate order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 4.

This Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to consider the case of the Petitioner in terms of the order dated 21.07.2017 passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No.1938 (C) of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today, if it is not considered in the meantime.

With the above observation & direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
