1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Manas Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K. Barik on behalf of Mr. Bharat Jalli, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party.

3. The present transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of C.P. Case No. 122 of 2022 pending before the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

4. Even though the Opp. Party has entered appearance on 06.12.2022, but no objection to the prayer for transfer has been made and the on request made by Mr. Jalli, leaned counsel for the Opp. Party, the matter was adjourned on 14.12.2022. Today when the matter was taken up, prayer was also made for another adjournment without filing any objection.

5. Considering the grounds taken in the transfer petition and the decisions governing the field, this Court is inclined to allow the

// 2 // prayer made in the transfer petition. Accordingly, this Court directs learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur to transfer C.P. Case No. 122 of 2022 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack forthwith on receipt of this order.
