Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court would be graciously pleased to admit this writ application, call for the records issue Rule NISI calling upon the opp. parties to show cause as to why the petitioner shall not be allowed to continue in the Environment Department which relates to his academic qualification and training. Failing to show cuase, showing insufficient cause issue the writ of Certiorari in quashing the order dated 20.07.2022".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 23.07.2022 under Annexure-11-Series to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In
// 2 // such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order under Annexure-8 within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
