1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offences alleged are under Secs.302/394/201/34, I.P.C.

2. Heard Mr. R.K. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. A. Rath, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

3. Having heard both the parties, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail differing from earlier order dated 07.01.2020 passed in BLAPL No.10521 of 2019. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

4. The BLAPL is dismissed.
