This is an application for amendment of the CMP. 2.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Opposite Parties to provide power supply to his premises. 3.

On perusal of averments of the writ petition, it transpires that earlier the Petitioner had moved this Court in W.P.(C) No.12936 of 2022, which was disposed of on 24th May, 2022 with the following direction:- "5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted application in accordance with law within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly." 3.1 It is the submission of learned counsel that in spite of the above, power supply has not yet been restored to the premises of the Petitioner situated over Plot No.284.
