This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 27th March, 2015 (Annexure-6) passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Assistant Labour Commissioner, Jeypore in W.C. Case No. 22 of 2012, whereby an application under Order XVIII Rule 17 C.P.C. to recall OPW 1 to clarify certain statement made in the cross-examination was refused. 3.

Mr. Dalai, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that in the meantime, the judgment in W.C. Case No. 22 of 2012 has already been pronounced on 7th May, 2015 and the Petitioner has already deposited the compensation amount before the Commissioner.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of

// 2 // with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may work out his remedy in accordance with law.
