It is submitted that pursuant to the letter issued by Opp. Party No.1 on 17.10.2022, the petitioner has been relieved from the office of Collector & District Magistrate, Kalahandi vide his order dated 17.10.2022 in order to enable him to join at Dhenkanal. The communication dated 17.10.2022 of Opp. Party No.1 and order dated 17.10.2022 of Opp. Party No.3 filed by Mr. Babu, learned A.G.A be kept on record.
