This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of Call. Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why the petitioner shall be evicted from the case land, which he is possessing since long. 4.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that the petitioner has not annexed any notice nor mentioned the steps taken by the authorities for his eviction. Against threaten of eviction, the Writ Petition is premature one. 5.

Since the Petitioner has not annexed any document and only on apprehension of eviction has approached this Court in the present Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is premature and not maintainable and, as such, the same stands dismissed.
