Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this Court if aggrieved by the order to be passed by the Executive Engineer, P.W.D. (Road & Building), Panikoili (opposite party No.6) pursuant to our earlier order dated 18.02.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.37933 of 2021. 2.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the above liberty. 3.
