During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this application and he may be permitted to withdraw the same with a liberty to file a fresh application. 3.

In view of such submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred only) to the Orissa High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge Subrat
