1. Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate (AGA) states that the Government has already issued the orders approving the proposal for conversion of the beer parlour to 'ON' Shop.

2. Mr. Mohanty also states that the consequential issuance of license will take place not later than 9th January, 2023.
