This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the petitioner for correction of the CRLMP.

Heard Mr. B.P. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.

Mr. Pattanaik submits that inadvertently in the cause title of the CRLMP, the year has been typed as '2021' instead of '2022'. Accordingly, he prays that the same may be corrected. He further prays that further two weeks' time may be granted to the petitioner to file a grievance petition before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.3).

Perused the records and the order dated 15.09.2022. 5.

Considering the submissions made, this Court directs that the year as typed in Cause Title be corrected to 2022 and Mr. Pattanaik is directed to return the certified copy of the order dtd. 15.09.2022 to the Office for necessary correction. This Court grants

further two weeks time to the petitioner to file a grievance petition before the Opposite Party No.3.

Rest part of the order dated 15.09.2022 remains unaltered. 7.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
