Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

It is surprised to note that the mutation case of the year 2008 is still pending at the hand of the Tahasildar, Dharmasala. It is necessary on the part of the competent authority in the highest level in the State to undertake exercise for timely disposal of such case, if necessary, by giving additional power to other competent authority available in the locality. Copy of this order be sent to opposite party no.1 for taking decision in achieving timely disposal of such proceeding.

Coming back to the case at hand, considering such delay in disposal of mutation case, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Dharmasala-opposite party no.3 to take a decision in Mutation Case Nos.2092 and 2093 of 2008 and complete the same at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 4.
