1. The impugned order of the learned Single Judge merely takes on record a report submitted by the Dy. S.P. (Vigilance) and states that it will be open to the Vigilance unit to take action against the Appellant in accordance with law.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant is unable to point out what is wrong in the impugned order which calls for interference. Even this Court is unable to discern any legal infirmity in the impugned order that calls for interference.

3. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
