This Court finds surprise in the pendency of the Mutation Case since 2009. Expressing displeasure for such long pendency by the Public Authority, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Tahasildar, Dharmasala, O.P.3 to find disposal of Mutation Case No.1305/2009 so as to achieve an outcome by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
