1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. The petitioner, in this Writ Petition, challenges the action of the opposite parties especially the opposite party No.3- Registrar, Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar in issuing the order of termination dated 18.02.2022 without issuing any show cause.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also filed a representation before the opposite party No.2- Director, Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar seeking redressal of his grievance. But the same is still pending since 16.03.2022. He further submits

// 2 // that a direction may be given to the opposite party No.2Director, Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar for early disposal of the representation of the petitioner.

5. In that view of the matter, the opposite party No.2Director, Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the date of submission of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
