Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the Order No.

petitioners, this Court directs, in the event the petitioners file a memo for early admission of Consolidation Revision Case No.101 of 2021 before the opposite party no.2 within a period of ten days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken forthwith for admission of the aforesaid case. This order is, however, subject to a condition that there is no major defects in the aforesaid case. 2.
