This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.342 of 2022, on the files of J.M.F.C. Purushottampur in the District of Ganjam, arising out of Purushottampur P.S. Case No.367 of 2022, under Sections 272/273 and 34 of IPC read with Section 52(a) of the Orissa Excise Act, 2008 and in custody since 08.07.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chatrapur, Ganjam, by order dated 23.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioners to be

released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every week till the submission of charge sheet.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
