None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Opposite Party No.2, namely, District Sub-Registrar, Paralakhemundi to register the sale deed in respect of a piece of land of the joint family property, as 'Karta' of the family. 4.

When the case last listed on 23th August, 2022, none had also appeared to pursue the matter. Copy of the writ petition is also not served on learned State Counsel.
