The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter dated 23.07.2015 under Annexure-1 and to issue direction to the opposite parties to act in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender call notice dated 12.06.2014. 3.

As it appears from the order sheet, though notice was issued to the opposite parties, vide order dated 24.02.2016, but till date requisites have not been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file requisites, but as the matter is of the year 2015, this Court is not inclined to grant further time to file requisites. Even otherwise, the relief sought by the petitioner no more survives. 4.
