Since the Petitioner has made the application to the Chief Order No.

Secretary and for the opinion of this Court that the Chief Secretary cannot deal with such type of matters, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to make a fresh application on the selfsame issue to the Opposite Party No.2.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner makes a fresh application on the selfsame issue to the Opposite Party No.2, the same shall be considered and disposed of in its appropriate spirit within a period of two months thereafter, but however, involving the Petitioner. 3.
