This is an application for modification of order dated 04.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9233 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the correction in the cause title in court today. 3.

Accordingly, T.R.Case No.24 of 2002 as reflected in Paragraph-4 of the order dated 04.08.2022 be corrected as G.R.Case No.66 of 2022. The rest part of the order dated 04.08.2022 shall remain intact. The date of surrender as stipulated in order dated 04.08.2022 is extended to three weeks as last chance.
