Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the case has already been registered bearing Tangi P.S. Case No.04 of 2021 dated 10.01.2021 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 279/337/338, I.P.C. and charge-sheet No.35 dated 25.02.2021. 4.

Considering the fact that the offences as alleged are bailable in nature. Hence, the bail application stands dismissed as not maintainable.
